New Classes Beginning Wed., Sept. 10
- Word Search (Led by Pastor Tim Piland) This class is designed to take an indepth word by word study of a particular book of the Bible. Good solid Bible teaching.
- "Discerning the Voice of God" - Ladies, have you ever been in the presence of believers who shared stirring encounters with God's voice while your own soul overflowed with confusion? Have you ever had a tough time knowing what God is saying versus what others are saying? This study is designed to help participants know the voice of God - His language, character, and tone of voice. By growing closer to God through his Word, you will be able to discern God's voice from the voice of strangers.
- "Things Which Become Sound Doctrine" - Many Christians think that the word "doctrine" automatically describes something either beyond their comprehension or something of no use in everyday life. All believers must have a faith built upon God's Word. This study reviews 14 foundational doctrines of the Christian faith. Solid exposition in practical terms.
- "The Man in the Mirror" - This study has helped over two million men understand the person who stares back at them in the mirror each morning. Men are invited to take a probing look at their identities, relationships, finances, time, temperament, and integrity and take the next step toward lasting change.
- "Great Marriage Experience Video Series - The 5 Sex Needs of Men & Women" - New biblically based study by Dr. Gary and Barb Rosberg, "Your Marriage Coaches" teaches principles for healthy, anchored, and enjoyable marriages. When seven hundred couples were polled, it was found that husbands and wives don't talk about sex with each other. How much better could a relationship be if the subject were not taboo and couples shared their needs with each other? This study will discuss the subject in a biblical and appropriate fashion with opportunities for discussion.
- "Lord, Change My Attitude" - What does God think about attitudes? This study uses examples from the Israelites' journey out of Egypt to show how attitudes can affect whether someone stays in the wilderness or enjoys the blessings of the Promised Land. This in-depth Bible study uses real life application, plus case studies, prayers and examples of good and bad attitudes from both the Old and New Testament.
- "Hope for the Home Front" - If you are married to a military man, you probably find yourself fighting on your own front line as you defend the home front! Today's military wives live in a world marked with uncertainty, fear, and dread, and they too, must stand tall under the pressures that come from defending freedom. You are not alone! Draw encouragement from God's promises as you confront fear, anger, weariness, trials, and temptation.
