Fields at Nansemond River Baptist Church

Ultimate Frisbee is a great sport involving a frisbee, 7 players per team, a large field and lots of running. Anyone can play!  We will practice on Sundays at 3:30 p.m. on the fields at Nansemond River Baptist Church. Just bring non-metal cleats!
